Hi, I’m Joyce, mother to two beautiful daughters from Portland, Oregon, and I’m the maker behind this little corner of the internet.
For more than seven years, crochet has been one of my favorite ways to create something meaningful for the people I love.
Little Stitch Fox was born from a simple belief: handmade blankets can be deeply comforting and beautifully modern, while still being approachable for beginners to make.
It grew from the desire to share my designs with other makers, so you also experience the pleasure of creating something beautiful with your own hands, and the even greater pleasure of giving it to someone you love.
For me, a blanket becomes part of the quiet, everyday moments families remember: sleepy cuddles, afternoon naps, and little hands wrapped in something comfortable.
That feeling shapes every pattern I create. I love experimenting with soft textures, modern color palettes, and playful details. The result is hopefully a blanket that’s cozy enough to be loved every day, and special enough to keep for years.
My hope is that each pattern makes the process feel clear, relaxing, and enjoyable, whether you are creating a blanket for your own family or making a thoughtful gift for someone else.
